Still, there are a couple of restrictions to this app. For one, certain features are hidden behind a paywall. The widget add-on plus the ability to auto-restart after phone calls are among the features inaccessible to free users. Additionally, it has no universal functionalities, working only on a selected set of headphone and Bluetooth mono headphone models — and there is no list to check out which works.
A good tool for selected devices
As a Bluetooth mono headphone adapter app, BTmono definitely works well as advertised. If you’re one of the people who prefers a one-eared audio device, then this will allow you to enjoy that device to its fullest. It has a couple of features that require a premium subscription in order to access but it doesn’t diminish what the base version can do.
